Our Middle School programme, Grades 7 to 9, moves students from generalist to specialist teaching across the Alberta Education (Canadian) Curriculum: English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Career & Technology Studies, Physical Education and Fine Arts, alongside Arabic, Islamic Studies, Moral Education and UAE Social Studies as required by ADEK. Grades 6 and 9 sit Provincial Achievement Tests as part of the Alberta assessment cycle.
Students at this stage take on more responsibility for their own learning, supported by our Canadian-certified teachers and access to dedicated science laboratories and the Athletics Programme's inter-school fixtures.
